Mitsubishi Repair: 95 eclipse GST - how to easily disarm factory alarm, eclipse gst, fuse box

Question
Hi,
Today my alarm goes off just by opening the door. I have to stick my key in the Hatchback to get it to turn off.
Its the factory alarm. If I just remove the fuse for Anti-Theft will that disarm it?
I am at my wits end today.
95 eclipse GST with the tiny fuse box under the dash on the drivers side. (my neck is killing me, LOL) Manual Transmission.
its a 10 amp that says Anti Theft. I looked thru the manual, they don't tell you how to disarm. They just say the usual. Take it to the dealer. Been out of work and so is my husband. Any suggestions?

Answer
Margie,
If your owners manual will not tell you how to manually disarm the alarm system, someone from this form website should:

You can attempt to remove that "Anti theft" fuse, and they may solve your immediate problem.  Though if that fuse controls other desired components to work, then you may be out of luck and a mechanic may be necessary.
Good luck!
