Mitsubishi Repair: car wont stay running, mitsubishi galant v6, 2000 mitsubishi galant

recently had new starter put in 2000 mitsubishi galant V6 had to disconnect battery.  car starts once runs fine. shut it off starts again fine third time starts then stalls unless i step on the gas.

Make sure the battery cables are firmed tightened on the battery posts.  If teh problem continues, have the mechanic that replaced the started inspect the fuel and air intake systems to ensure nothing was disconnected or damaged during the new starter motor installation.
