Mitsubishi Repair: Mitsubishi Oulander 2003, fuse box, faulty wiring

Question
In the last three months I have had numerous parts replaced on my Outlander.  It all started with new spark plugs and it has just snowballed from there.  Just recently we had the radiator and cooling fans replaced.  When the car was returned, the wipers kept going off and on (they were turned off), the lights would flicker, and the radio stayed on when the car was turned off--next morning the battery was drained.  We replaced the battery--now when we turn the radio on the wipers turn on.  The mechanic (this is our third one)seems to be at a loss.  They ran a diagnostic and nothing showed up.

Answer
Shirla,
There may be a short circuit or faulty wiring in the fuse box under the steering column, or even in the fuse or relay boxes under the hood.  If you have not had a dealership mechanic inspect the problem, that may be your best option.
Good luck!
