Mitsubishi Repair: cluth boot & clutch line, clutch slave cylinder, thx chris

Between the clutch boot and the clutch line witch feeds the clutch brake fluid there is a L shaped pin/bolt not sure what the name is but the fluid passes threw kinda like on breaks so the problem is the clutch wont ingage wen started to shift gears but with ignition off it will shift I found a leak at the sight of the part near wear u bleed it the clutch is this the problem could the bolt be possibley loose it seems to be the problem the threads on the bolt seems to be in good shape I think it may just be loose 97 eclipse 2.0L no Turbo PLZ and thx

Your problem may be with the clutch slave cylinder.  Overtime, those can wear and begin to leak.  If the slave cylinder cannot build up enough hydraulic pressure to engage the clutch, you will not be able to shift properly when the car is running.
