Mitsubishi Repair: Magna Solara TJ 2001, magna solara, transmission control unit

Question
I got in my car this morning and noticed that the neutral light on the dash was flashing while in drive and it is having trouble taking off in drive? Help?

This indicator usually means the car's transmission control unit has detected a problem with the car's transmission.  It usually makes the transmission operate in "limp mode" with locks it in 3rd gear so you can still get to where you need to go, but not let you drive very fast to prevent further problems.  I would recommend you bring you car to a transmission shop to have it properly diagnosed.
