Mitsubishi Repair: intake, performance intake, inlets

i have a 95 mitsubishi eclispe turbo i had to take the forced performance intake off for a couple a days to do some work on the car now im lost because it has three inlets on the intake besides the ones for the filter, bov and the turbo. i know what 2 of them are for but dont know what the third one is for or find a lose or missing hose?

I believe the third hose you're referring to comes from the valve cover; the breather hose.  Having this hose disconnected shouldn't cause any problems, but should be reconnected to prevent unfiltered air from entering the intake and to prevent oily air from spraying around your engine bay.
