i have a mitsubitshi diamante 95 3.0v6 when i start the car turn the steering wheel makes a slight rubbing noise than stops and comes ago i'm also in the proess of getting the trans service called be there too the steering fulid is good and no leaks.

The power steering drive belt may have the wrong tension.  This can happen as the belt gets older.  If it's too tight, it can cause excess strain on the pulley.  The belt can also become loose, which can cause it to slip.  You should have your power steering belt and other drive belts inspected and replaced if necessary.  Most belts should be replaced every 30,000-60,000 miles.
