Mitsubishi Repair: did you change the computer?!?!, ecu computer, piece of crap

Dear Linda,

I have the exact same problem with my 97 mits mirage (piece of crap now...). I was wondering if you ever changed the ecu (computer) and if that fixed your problem. We changed the cammshift position sensor and that didn't do the trick for us either. I really have the exact same problem as you. Please let me know.

Dear Mike: You can change the computer in your car and that might do the trick with your problem. Just make sure you get the right one for your car and year. No junk yard computers, buy a new one or go up on line find a place that will rebuild the computer from your car. God bless: Linda
