Mitsubishi Repair: 2002 Mitsubishi Pajero/Shougun, mitsubishi pajero, computer boxes

Question
I have had a problem with engine which I rebuilt, after the the rebuilt the
idling was not right and pulled out the computer box by the passenger seat
and could never get the car to start again. I have now bought a vehicle which
was in an accident and removed the engine and all the computer boxes, both
one inside and the one by the engine and I am still having the same problem.
The car gives spark and fuel seem to be delivered, what could be the problem
with damn thing? Please help

Answer
Kevin: Have you tried coding the computer to see what it might kick back at you? The computer controls everything in that car. Even how the transmission works. So there has to be a problem with either the computer or a sensor or more through out the engine as to why the computer will not let the car start. Air, fuel and stark is what is needed to get the engine to go but then the computer and the right computer as well as all those sensors through out your car to mix it all together so that the engine will run right. You need to get the computer coded to see what it might tell you is the problem here. God bless: Linda
