how do i put on a new raditor on my 94 plymouth laser.

I do not answer "how do I do ..." questions because they can be too involved.  But for a few bucks, you can buy a service manual for your car at most auto parts stores and this procedure is well outlines in it.  But replacing a radiator is relatively simply.  Generally, you need to drain the coolant, remove the 2 main brackets securing the radiator, remove the fans, and you should be able to pull out the radiator.  Be careful when working around the A/C condenser.
