Mitsubishi Repair: rear windscreen wiper + spark plugs, rear windscreen, spark plug

I have a Mits Carisma Elegance. Firstly, the rear wiper is malfunctioning on the first notch (intermitent)otherwise it works okay. What do you think the problem is? Secondly, do you know where i can get a plug spanner/wrench in the uk. As you are probably aware a conventional tool does not go all the way down the hole to the spark plug.

Steve: I would say you need a new switch for your rear wiper, but as for the tool either on line. Or surely you have parts stores in the UK, I have to say I have never been to the UK and don't know what is there. But at such a store they could help you with getting that tool and even that switch too. Hope this helps and good luck! Linda
