Mitsubishi Repair: blinkers, fuse box, hazard light

Question
My blinkers have stopped working. I changed the fuse but they still do not work. A friend told me it might be my flasher. I don't know where this is located or how to tell if it is bad. I looked in the fuse box under the hood but did not see anything related to the flasher. I would appreciate any help!!
Thanks...

Answer
Adrienne,
Your blinkers are controlled by relays that are located in your fuse box of your car.  You didn't inform me as to what make, model, or year of car you have, so I can't help you pinpoint where they may be.  But your blinkers can also stop working if your bulbs have burned out or if if your hazard light switch is disconnected or broken.  You should have a mechanic inspect this as soon as you can since it is a safety issue (and against the law) to drive your car without your blinkers working.
Good luck!
