Mitsubishi Repair: Stalling when a/c is on, mitsubishi evolution, fuel pump

I drive a 03 Mitsubishi Evolution, and it stalls when the a/c is on. With the a/c on, starting and idling are fine. It on stalls when I'm coming to a stop and I allow the revs drop too fast (ie. sinks the clutch). Other than that, if I match rev when down shifting it does not stall.

DC: Got to think about what it takes to keep this car running and then on top of it the ac. When is the last time you did a tune up on the car? How old is the oil, the air filter and maybe you should change the fuel filter. You know that the fuel is what cools the fuel pump so you don't want to let your car get down to empty to much of the time. Or else you could be cooking your fuel pump. There is a test to check that though. Also how about the belt that runs the ac could it be needing replacement? So some things to check. Hope this helps and good luck! Linda
