Mitsubishi Repair: 2002 Mits Galant, newer cars, galant

I bought a 2002 Mits Galant brand new in Oct 2002 and the paint on its is horrible now. It started as a small spot on the roof and now the entire roof and some spots on the hood is now not only missing paint but rusting. What do you think caused this and should I contact the dealership about it?

Crystal: With your new of a car, yes I would be checking out things with that dealer. I can not believe such a newer car like you have, is rusting now. I mean the newer cars are to be painted better and be able to fight off rusting better. I would say there is something wrong with the paint on your car. So I would be getting the dealers to check out what is going on with your car. Hope this helps and good luck! Linda
