Mitsubishi Repair: 1996 eclipse motor swap, chrysler engine, motor swap

I need a motor for my eclipse. I have a 2.0 420A and I found a 1999 2.4 out of a neon will it swap or even bolt up to my tanny? Can u help I'm having trouble trying to find a motor for a descent price. the 2.4 is extremely cheap and is in excellent condt.

The engines are two different sizes, and as a matter of fact, the 2.4L engine is actually a Chrysler engine, not Mitsubishi.  The swap would not go smoothly; would not be a direct bolt on.  Not to mention you'd need all the hoses, sensors, ECU and other electronics necessary.  It would be best to search for an identical match if you want to perform an engine swap.
