Answer
Carl: You need to check your car's relays, there are all kinds of relays, large fuses and fuses. The smaller ones are in the fuse box on the driver side of the car. But the relays and larger fuses are in black boxes in with the engine. Up by the firewall, over by the battery too. Open the hood and look around. You need to be checking them, you should get a voltmeter and a repair manual. As you have a wire that is putting out to much power, so the relay is cutting it back and forth. So the low to high, low to high thing. If you got a repair manual at a parts store, the voltmeter; start with your battery and work around the car. The repair manual would tell you the right readings you should be getting. You will then find the problems with that voltmeter. Or else you might find it with one of the relays too. Hope this helps and good luck!
