Mitsubishi Repair: 2000 Eclipse GT wont start, eclipse gt, autozone

Hello, I'm having the EXACT same problem as the person who wrote about their 2001 Eclipse not starting.  All you can hear is a clicking noise each time I try to start it.  I've had this problem on and off for 2 months now, trying to diagnose the problem.  The symtoms led me to remove an after-market alarm thinking that the kill switch was malfunctioning.  I left the dealership 2 days ago and today, my car won't start again.  Could you please put me in contact with the other driver w/ the problem w/ their 2001 eclipse?  I'm just hoping that maybe they've had some sucess figuring this out before I sink any more money into this.  Thank you!

Adrian: Hello. I tried to find that other person with the car like your's but to no luck. I think you might check your timing belt could be it is bad. I know you left a dealership and you would think they would check this. But I don't have a lot of faith in some of these dealerships. Could be your computer is messed up or bad too. Should have the car coded AutoZone will do this for free. Sorry I wish I could help you more. Good luck!
