Mitsubishi Repair: Mirage DE coupe headlights?, high beams, auto parts stores

2002 Mirage DE coupe.  Low headlight beams don't work but the high beams both work.  Can I buy a complete headlight bulb/lense and probably solve my low beam problem?  Are there special tools needed to change out the lenses or should I have a dealer do the change out?  Thanks for your thoughts on this matter.

You can buy the entire headlamp.  Any auto parts store should carry the lamps you need.  You typically do not need any special tools to replace the bulbs.  Most of the time, just a screw driver will be needed.  At most of the auto parts stores where you can purchase the new lamps can also offer help installing your lamps for you, free of charge.
