Mitsubishi Repair: mitsubishi mirage de 2000 1.8l automatic bloqued at low speed, automatic transmision, mitsubishi mirage

the automatic transmision doesn´t change gear, reverse and neutral are ok, but in D the start running like 3rd gear; the check engine light is on and when i put D the light of N is blinking, when i change to 3rd or 2nd or L nothing happend; i clean the conectors at transmision with contac cleaner, i reset the check engine code and nothing help; can you help me?

I would recommend taking your car to a transmission shop or the dealership to have it looked at.  I would guess you have a problem with your shift linkage or possible your car's transmission computer.  A regular garage would probably not have the experience (or even tools) to work on your transmission, so find a transmission shop or take it to the dealership to have to looked at.
