Mitsubishi Repair: dims flash when cars on and off, horn siren, mitsubishi eclipse

ok i got a 1998 mitsubishi eclipse 2dr coupe GSX 5 speed. the problem is that when i turn my car off or on my headlight dims flash for about 30sec-60secs. and my security anti theft system security light doesnt come on..when my light dont come on my lights will flash on and off even when im drivin down the road.. and whenmy security light does come on theyll not flash..when i check the fuse box i hear a clicking noise comming from it.. and u can feel it click by hearing and touchin it.. would u now wat the problem is?

This sounds like your anti-theft system is either malfunctioning, or something is causing it to trip.  If this is a factory-installed alarm, the dealership will need to inspect it.  Sometimes this can happen if there is a poor connection on the battery or if you've replaced your battery recently.  Check your battery terminals and connectors to make sure they are tight and free from corrosion.  That click noise your hear is most likely your alarm activating and making your headlights and side marker flash.  On most factory alarms, the horn or siren would sound when the alarm was tripped.  Perhaps there is a short in your horn/siren causing your alarm malfuncting.  

Have the alarm checked by however installed it (by the dealership if it came from factory) and get it taken care of.  It will not cause any problems to your car, but it definitely will continue to be an annoyance.
