Mitsubishi Repair: Converting Lancer 1.3 carb to 2.0 Eagle wiring, clutch pedal, automatic tranny

Question
I want to fit an Eagle /Talon 2.0 turbo engine from a LHD car to a RHD 1994 Lancer coupe 2 dr.
Is there a company that does the harness conversion...Engine to Computer.....and is the computer fitted in the same location on the left side behind the glove box?
Also it was an automatic....best clutch pedal replacement?

Answer
Clifton,
That's a real good question, but unfortunately I don't have an answer.  That's above and beyond my knowledge.  The only bit of input I can offer is that the ECU on the Talon is located behind the radio (LHD), not the glove box.  I do not know of any company that makes a harness conversion.  You may have to just map out all the wiring yourself, and if you're going to replace the automatic tranny with manual, that can make your job that much tougher.  If you want a clutch pedal, the best would be an OEM Mitsubishi clutch pedal and master and slave clutch cylinders.  That'll be quite the conversion if you get it to work!
Best of luck!
