there is no valve adjustment on Harleys. They have hydrolic lifters. Unless you have adjustable push rods in your motor for bigger Cams. then it is 2.1/2 turns down after no free play on the base circle of the cam. Harleys come with non ajustable pushrod's.  Johnny 562-666-6062
