Motorcycle Repair: 1980 Honda cb650

Question
I recently bought this bike and it was flooding one carb so I took apart the bowls on all 4 carbs and cleaned them. Now it runs good everywhere except starting off with a load on the engine in low rpm. It will start to chug so I give it more throttle and it will just take off! (not exactly ideal for driving in town)Any ideas what you think the problem could be? I set all of the idle mixture screws 2 turns out from seated. It idles great and revs cleanly without a load on it.

Answer
Slides may have come loose from the diaphragms. Slides then move, misaligning the slide lift holes. Then something, bowl vent holes or Nozzels (emulsion tubes) are clogged.
Engine may need carbs syncronized and the Pilot jet screws( Fuel Mixrture) set with a Professional Gunson Colortune Tool.
