is it possible and what do i need to do?

Gary, Yes you can run pod filters but you will have to rejet the carbs. The pilots jets will have to be larger by approx 3-4 sizes and the needle in the slide will need to be raised 1-2 grooves and the main will need to go up 3 sizes to accomodate the increase in air flow. The mixture screws will need to be turned out at least another 3/4 of a turn.
