When I pull a hill or throttle hard it sounds like it is running on 1 cyl until rpm get up and it takes off

Doug, Its possible that the fuel is not being drafted into the intake at that moment. It could be a number of things. Can you locate which cylinder it is when it drops out? The fuel level could be low or a jet is restricted or a diaphram has a pin hole in the slide and not allowing the slide to pull up under a load. A spark plug could be fouling out and not able to fire efficiently under a load. Try this first, put in new spark plugs and go one step hotter. Drop 1 number on the plug for example ( if bike has BR8ES then go to a BR7ES) Then take bike for a ride pull the plugs and look at them see if they are white or carboned up.
