Motorcycle Repair: busa radiator fan, coolant level, radiator fan

dear sir,
        i'm riding a 99 busa,my radiator fan will works on n off but most of the time it fails to werk n my bike temperature will start to go up when caught in a traffic jammed,temperature is good when on the move,what could be the cause of tis?tq sir.

Ali,there is a temperature thermal switch that turns the fan on when the radiator reaches a set temp. The switch can go bad and get very irregular. Also check the coolant level it could be low also.If you need a sensor its located on the back side of the cylinder head on the left side and the part number is #13650-10G00 and is about $52.00.
