Motorcycle Repair: Suzuki electrical problem, fuse box, electrical problem

1983 Suzuki gr650: just prior to complete shut down, all lights dimmed and engine was only sputtering on one cylinder. Acts as though battery is disconnected with key on (no power to anything) I have located the fuse box and all fuses appear good. any suggestions where to look next?

Just a suggestion check the battery anyway.Some units wont run when the voltage gets to low the CDI wont even fire.The battery should have at least 12.2 volts just sitting there not even running. Once running the charging system should be at maximum chargeing about 13.8 volts at about 3000 rpm.
