Question
1997 Suzuki GSX 600F Katana
Recently purchased this bike. I have pulled the plugs, one was saturated with gas. Changed plugs and wires and am getting fire on all 4. But the cylinder with fouled plug still won't come in. I can ride for 10 minutes and the exhaust from this cylinder is still not hot enough to burn your hand. What should I try now? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Answer
It could be a number of reasons, here are some areas to look at.The ignition wire to the plug has a resistor cap on it they can short out. The valves could be out of adjustment on that cylinder or the carb on that cyl could be flooding like a stuck float needle allowing to much gas into the intake.Do the trial and error by eliminating the 3 main problems and I hope you will find it.
