Motorcycle Repair: 76 shovel, weight oil, shovels

Question
what is the best weight oil to use on my 76 shovel and how much oil do I use when changing the oil.

Answer
I use 50wt oil in all my shovels. If you are in a really hot area then you can use 60 or 70 wt. Change the oil and filter and it will tale around 3 quarts. Fill with the bike sitting upright and fill to the mark on the dipstick
