What would keep this bike from kicking over.You kick the kick starter and it doesn't move.could there be something I could do to unlock it?

Sounds like the engine is seized.  Check the camchain and make sure the piston is free.  You can check if it is the kickstart mechanism by engaging a high gear and rolling the bike.  If the wheel turns the engine then it is a problem with the kickstart mechanism.  If the wheel remains locked, the engine has a major issue.
