Motorcycle Repair: flhr belt primary ?, engine case, oil seal

my inner primary became loose !!  and seemed to break the oil seal (o-ring lip) lip on pto side of engine case --  i have been looking for a belt primary ?  no one seems to offer one at a reasonable price -- any suggestions ?  thank you  kinger

there are only 3 routes you can go with this. First, replace the cases, second, have the cases repaired. That would require the cases being split. Lastly, is replace the chain drive with a belp drive. Anyway you do the above is going to be expensive.
