Motorcycle Repair: 98 Heritage springer, heritage springer, full tank

Bike ideals very low, and when the choke closes the bike will sputter and buck with a lot of backfiring. I added seafoam cleaner with a full tank of 93 octane. What do you suggest.

Looking at the carb you will see where the throttle cable goes in the carb. Clost to it you will see a screw. Start the bike and let it warm up and then turn the screw so the idle comes up to where you want it. If it is still sputtering and backfiring pull the spark plugs and let me know what color they are
