Motorcycle Repair: 1340 engine, shaft seal, oil cap

bike has sat for about 4months . I tryed to start bike acted like battery was low. when it started it pumped oil out my breather.  I shut the bike off checked the oil it was ok . I went to restart the bike it seemed like the battery was dead then the oil cap blew out and it started. will just the check ball and shaft seal cause this or is the breather gear also defective.

Charge the battery up fully and start the bike. the oil coming out is just oil that has weeped past the check valve and it will clear up after the bike runs for a few minutes. The breather gear should be fine. If it still blows the oil cap out let me know
