Motorcycle Repair: torque specs, bolt torque, torque specs

Question
I have a 1994 Road King 1340 big twin I am going to put new gaskets from cylinders up what are the torque specs and sequence

To torque the heads you start with the front one on the left side if the bike and at the front bolt.Torque that bolt to 7ft/lbs. Go to the next one in a counter clock wise pattern and do the same for all bolts. Next go to 12-14 ft/lbs. Then mark each head bolt and turn a 1/4 of a turn. Do the same for the rear, but start with the left rear bolt and go in a clockwise pattern. The 5/16 bolts torque at 15-18 ft/lbs and the 1/4 bolts torque at 10-13 ft/lbs.
