Motorcycle Repair: 2002 Roadking bogs down, simce, senser

QUESTION: What could be making my bike bog down when you give it gas running about 60 or 65mph in 5th gear? If you don't rush it ,it does ok.

ANSWER: Is it carberated or fuel injected?

QUESTION: It is a fuel injected bike,with a stage one air filter.It has Vance and Hines slip on's.Besides that it is stock.vpeh

ANSWER: Has it always done this simce installing the stage one and pipes or is this somthing new? Also, pull your plugs and let me know what color they are

QUESTION: The bike has done this since I've had it,and all I have done is put a new air filter on it.Change the plugs and they looked ok,no oil but not real gray.

Answer
It sounds like either your throttle position senser is going bad or the bike needs to be remapped. Since it has done this since you owned it, I would be more inclined to believe that it needs to be remapped. It was probably never done when the pipes were added. Also, to check the throttle position senser you would have to get a dianostic run on it at a shop
