Question
have a CT that we just bought the guy we got it from said the he put a new clutch in and i don't think it was put in right it will shift into gear and idol like its suppose to one minute the next it will just lurch forward and die the next it wont stay consistent either way please help

Answer
Robert, it doesn't sound like the clutch is assembled right.  It's too complicated to describe how to rebuild a clutch in an e-mail  I'd suggest you get a manual or pull the clutch and take it to a honda shop and they can take it apart and rebuild it.  Make sure the shifter shaft arm is aligned correctly.  The arm should point directly to the center of the clutch and the ball bearing lifter mechanism will ride on the shifter arm.
