Motorcycle Repair: Rear Brakes, rear brakes, forward controls

Question
I have a 94 sporty. I replaced the forward controls with a Excel Components FXR type forward controls set with the master cylinder in the front. I also replaced the lines and T connector, washer/gaskets, and banjo bolts so all is new. I assembled everything and began bleeding the brakes but I get no pressure whatsoever. I'm using the Mityvac device and it worked fine on the front brakes but I cannot get the back to bleed. It pulls fluid from the rear brakes reservoir so maybe the pressure switch is funky? Any thoughts? I followed the shop manual the mityvac manual but it just doesn't work. Help!

Answer
The pressure switch would not make the brakes not pump up. It sounds like you still have air in the lines. Keep pumping. The hole in the master cylinder is really small and it takes quit a while to get all the air out.
Good luck and happy riding
