QUESTION: no power what so ever. Thought it was main fuse so I replaced it with aftermarket one described. I also bought an aftermarket ignition from JC Whitney. Still nothing different. However, when replacing it found the plug on ignition was melted pretty bad. Any help would be great. A Nighthawk that gets 49mpg is better then a 425hp mustang that gets 15 mpg.

Answer
If the battery is good and you checked the fuses then you probably have a bad connector or short somewhere. The only real way to track this down is to get a multimeter and test the wiring loom at various points. You'll probably need a wiring diagram to do this.
