QUESTION: what is the process for adjustment, no nothing about the the engine, so i need help in this area , has a h.d. 1200cc engine . thanks for your time . chris

Answer
Remove the pushrods and the tappets. At the bottom of the tappet you will see a hole. Push a wire in and holding the wire pump the tappet. That will get all the oil out. Put the tappest and pushrods back in. Go to the front exhaust and rotate the motor so the lifter is all the way to the bottom of its stroke. Adjust the pushrod so it just start to get tight and then back out 1 1/2 turns. DO this for each one and your good to go
