1985fxwg came with it whats the top airscrew setting turns out from light seat ? float settings?

Your starting point for the air/fuel mixture screw is about 1 1/2 turns. Once you get it running and warmed up slowly turn the screw inward, just until the bike starts to stumble then, counting the turns, turn it outward, just until the bike starts to stumble. then back inward 1/2 the number of turns you counted
the float setting you will have to get froma harley dealer. Sorry, but I dont hae that information
