Motorcycle Repair: sunline fuel screw, honda crf100f, fuel mixture

I have a 2007 honda crf100f dirt bike. I bought a sunline fuel mixture screw, and im not sure how to put it on. Can you help?

just back out the old one with the spring if yurs has a spring and install the new one. tighten it all the way in then back it out 2 round and see if its ok if not back it out a little untill you get the sound or mixture you want
