Motorcycle Repair: CA160 HONDA, lead acid batteries, sealed lead acid batteries

Bill ,.im writing to see if you can e mail me with the info for making a rectifier for my bike .
Also if you know what batery i can retrofit for this same bike
All the onees i get from the dealers leak ,.Had to dismantle it two times to clean asid spills

Batteries that are overfilled or overcharging will pump out acid from the vent tube. Be sure the vent tube is not pinched off somewhere, otherwise the built up charging fumes can blow off the filler caps.

Don't fill the battery above the === fill marks and verify that your charging system is working well. The rectifier must be grounded correctly to function properly.
