Hi, I have a 1975 honda cb360t. It always seems to run rich, whenever i pull the plugs they are completely black, and sometimes it will foul a plug as well. I can't seem to figure out how to lean it out without messing anything up. Thanks for the help.

Have you checked the float levels?  The engine is getting too much fuel or too little air and it's a process of elimination on which one.  I've had mice build nests in the air cleaner housing before that caused this problem.  Tell me what you've already looked at and maybe I can help.
