going down the road.

Answer
Kevin,

the bikes having so few miles
on them leads me to believe
the carb idle jets and passageways
are likely plugged with fuel varnish.

While sitting the gas corrodes
the inside of the carbs and makes
a mess. The other jets may be partially
plugged as well.

You can try soaking the carbs awhile
after filling the float bowls with carb cleaner.
or remove the carbs and clean them
thoroughly.

Fuel stabilizer should be added if parking
a bike longer than a few weeks.

This is a common problem with bike carbs,
they are small and corrode easily.

Also make sure air filters are ok
and not blocked.
