Motorcycle Repair: ignition, stock ignition, modual

I replaced stock ignition Mod with a screamin eagle on my 01/fxd now I,m getting a engine light. all though the bike runs fine??

You might have gotten a bad modual, but i doubt if the dealership will take it back.
What you are going to have to do is get a dianostic run on the bike to see why the light is coming on. that is the only way you will know for sure
