Motorcycle Repair: 1980 shovel kick only, oil tank, oil pump

i went to start my bike this year and as i kick it over it is gurgling out of the breather hose below oil pump and then the oil runs out .(motor not running)any idea? thanks for your time.

What has happened ove the winter is oil has weeped into the bottom end of the case. When you start it oil will probably come out the breather. It doenst hurt anything. the oil pump cant pump it back into the oil tank fast enough and it comes out the tube. Put a pan under the bike to catch the oil.
