Motorcycle Repair: 2001 FLH Standard, jumper cables, fuse box

Question
I just tried to jump my battery with my truck because I did not have enough cranking power left in the battery to turn the engine over.  I hooked up my jumper cables positive to positive and negative to negative.  Tried to start the bike without having the engine running on the truck because I thought it just needed a little boost and it almost turned over.  When I started the truck and then turned the key to the on position on the bike, all power was dead, not even a crank.  Now all I can get to come on is the little engine LED on the bike.  What could have happened?  Did I pop a fuse link or, something?  I was trying to get the bike started from sitting through the winter.  I had been starting it like once a month to just keep it cranked and lubricated.  It is in a heated garage but, now the battery was low enough that it needed to be jumped to get the bike running.  I know I should of taken the battery out and charged it but, I was going to jump it with my truck and ride it.  I live in Milwaukee, WI and the weather was finally good enough to break out the bike for the season.
Any insight would be helpful.  I don't have a manual for the bike and can't get one until this week.  I was hoping someone could tell me where to look for the problem.
Thanks

Answer
First, dont jump start your bike with a auto or truck. To many cranking amps. Get a battery condtioner and plug it in. It will keep the battery charged for you.
You probably burned a fuse. Check your fuses, probably a main fuse, burn out. The fuse box is either under the seat or under the sice covers
Good luck and happy riding
