I just purchased a 1983 Honda 650 custom and am embarrassed to say that I can not figure out how to remove the seat. I asked the previous owner but he said he never had the seat off and does not know how to remove it. Can you help me out? Thanks Bryan

Hi Bryan,

If its not obvious, try the helmet lock area. Sometimes the manufacturer likes to double over and use the helmet lock to lock down the seat as well. Otherwise, you may need to remove some covers to find the bolts which remove it. Sorry I dont have more info for you..
