Motorcycle Repair: rear brakes, harley sportster 1200, rear brakes

Question
I just had a new rotor but on for the rear brakes, new shoes, rebuilt caliper.  It was about a month ago, well just recently as I was traveling down the highway another rider noticed that my brake light kept coming on while in motion, and I did notice that it had a pull feeling to it, then it would let off on it's own.  When I got home I noticed that the caliper(I'm not a mechanic, it's the long black peice that sits on the left side in front of the rotor) it is now pressing against the rotor and rubbing, and I have no rear brakes unless I pump them up.  I own a 1992 Harley Sportster 1200 xl.  What could be causing this, and how can I fix this probkem.  I warped the last rotor because of this problem, thought I fixed it, very frustrated.

Answer
With it rubbing, you might have boiled the brake fluid. If your brake caliber is sticking then you need to pull it apart and check the puck in it to see if its sticking and that it moves freely. Once you have that done you need to bleed the brake to get all the air out.
Good luck and happy riding
