Motorcycle Repair: replacing front brake levers, brass bushings, brake light switch

Question
is there anything tricky about this, other than just removing the broken lever and putting the new one on? 2006 gsxr 600
Thanks,
Tim

Answer
Tim,
both levers just have the one screw and a nut
holding them on. Just watch out for the brake
light switch on the right lever and the
clutch switch on the left. The left lever
has the clutch cable attached, the right
lever just goes on and pushes against the brake
cylinder piston. Just work the new lever into place
and put the screw back in. Watch for any brass
bushings or washers that may or may not be
part of the assembly when removing/installing.
